Refunds and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure that your return is postmarked within 14 days of the date you received the item. We do not accept returns beyond this timeframe.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It should be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to reject returned items that do not meet these criteria, and we will not issue a refund in such cases.

Please note that the item's shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable. This means that the original shipping cost you paid when you placed your order will not be refunded. The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We will not charge a handling fee for the return.

We will make a full refund for defective products. However, refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

- Missing components .
- Products that have been damaged or contaminated.
- Products that have impurities like dust found on them.
- Products that are no longer in a sellable condition.
- Products with removed care labels.

Please note that the color of the product may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings. We make every effort to provide accurate images of each product's color, but this is not a valid reason for a free return.

We have different return addresses for Oceania countries and other countries. Please send the item to : 516/46 Walker St, Rhodes, NSW 2138, Australia for Oceania countries. For other countries, please submit a return request before posting your items back.
