For orders below our free shipping threshold, there is a delivery charge of $10 USD for shipping. International orders that do not meet our free shipping criteria will also incur a $10 USD shipping charge. Please note that we offer free shipping promotions frequently, which can be found on our official websites and social media pages such as Instagram and Facebook.

Our primary couriers are DHL Express, SF Express, and 4px Express,  please note that the shipping courier may vary depending on each country and location for swift and efficient delivery. The estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 5 to 14 business days, but unexpected delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, or strikes.

Please be aware that customs policies and duties vary widely from country to country, and it is the responsibility of the customer to contact their local customs office for more information. Customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Finally, we want to emphasize that while we take every precaution necessary to ensure that your package is safely delivered to you, we and the courier assume no responsibility for missing or stolen packages once they have been delivered following your request. If the courier has left the package unattended without your approval, please contact us with your order number so that we may assist as best we can.
